Summary/Abstract: This article deals with selected legal problems emerging from the application of the regulations on granting of reliefs to the repayment of civil debts (remission, postponement, spreading out into installments of civil debts). These regulations cover, inter alia, issues of performance of public contracts, in particular, claims for compensations to economic operators by contracting authorities for non-performance or improper performance of the subject matter of the public contract.
