Factors of Employees’ in the Public Sector Motivation

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with factors of employees’ motivation in the public sector. The organization chosen for the research is presented. The article describes the research made within this organization, provides the analysis of the data and distinguishes factors that motivate and demotivate the employees. The following factors of motivation are discussed: salary, conditions of work, possibility for the employees to make a career and upgrade their knowledge, work satisfaction, traditions of an organisation, values and responsibilities of the employees. The article provides conclusions and suggestions.
