MANIFESTATIONS OF ENDANGERING SAFETY IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Summary/Abstract: Security is one of the most important element of the social order with clear implications on the quality of life of every individual and the community as a whole. Forms of threats to security are daily and varied in type and intensity. They are especially manifested by the consequences and impact of public procurement. Effects of endangering safety in public procurement are expressed through the loss of budgetary funds, and the weaker and lower quality goods, services and works to be procured. This led to a situation of discontent users whose needs are provided through the public procurement process. The aim was to demonstrate several najsignifikantnijih forms of threats to security in public procurement taking into account all aspects of the procurement process.
