Summary/Abstract: It has been long known that human communities conduct a series of activities like worshipping, entertainment and commemorative ceremony from the ancient ages. These activities have been continued under names such as rite, ceremony, commemoration, festival, national festival. Every community chose belief and life-style according to their period. These differences and life-styles were created an alteration as well as in all respects and also mentioned content of the concepts and activity forms. Even though ceremonial events of the groups, which have several characteristics in common or living in the same area, show similarity each other, it can be said that distinctive attitude is shown in general terms. While the music comes forward as abstract means to take effect all religious and to find out cultural factor either in ritual or in exciting ceremonies. Sema ritual containing the Mevlevi culture, Whirl ritual representing Alawi-Bektashi culture, belief items representing national festival such as Band and Mehter differ by according to own culture structure from property, instruments and vocalization properties. Meanwhile many symbols belonging to faith and national excited systems with the power of belief and music can pass down; the perception of holiness to take part of expressive power and national togetherness fact can make understand through social change effects in music. This study was done in order to determine whether come true or not with an exciting ceremony and the relation in question geography of Anatolia's ceremony traditions belonging to national formation and belief when the music to handle the subject social basis in the framework.
