Summary/Abstract: The article presents the teaching and the study of Roman law at the Law Faculty of University of Montenegro. I underline that I will only address the teaching and study of Roman law at the state-owned Faculty of Law, because there are two additional private faculties of law in Montenegro which also teach Roman law, but differently as compared to the state Faculty of Law in terms of the curriculum and human resources.
