Summary/Abstract: Patient had two big wounds, which were repaired. But in August 2016 the next leg ulcer for approx. 10x10 cm opened (photos). Microdacyn hydrogel was applied continually. July 2017: The wound react much more slowly than those in other patients, but the effect of treatment is coming. The wound has managed to keep it clean without coatings, at the time of treatment, without pathogens and colonization. The patient still uses a dual constrictive bandage in both lower limbs.
