Summary/Abstract: Introduction: The professional communication is focused on exploring of areas of nonspecific psychic load factor of general nurses that can have a negative impact on the performance of professional nursing practice. The aim of the expert survey was to show the importance of nonspecific factor of the psychic load. Method: To evaluate individual areas of nonspecific factor was used Meisters´ standardized questionnaire with its reference values. The survey examined the subjective responses of general nurses on the items of nonspecific working glut factor, nervousness, fatigue and long-term capacity. There was (n = 157) participated respondents in this research, that means general nurses who provide nursing care in health facilities in the Czech Republic. The selection criterias was the profession of general nurse, shift operation, and at least one year of clinical practice. Results: According to the findings of individual areas of the nonspecific factor it has been shown that the greatest psychological stress among nurses induce fatigue areas that coincide with the reference value of Meisterś questionnaire and long-term carrying capacity, which is higher than the reference value. The results of the research are also compared with the results of previous similar studies that have been carried out in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. Conclusion: The professional communication is devoted to recommendations for practice, which can eliminate the negative impact on the work of general nurses on individual nursing units focused on the management of health facilities and also directly for general nurses on individual nursing units.
