Summary/Abstract: The economic, health and social needs of the students can negatively affect their academic function and attendance. To cope with these multiple needs and problems is required cooperation between professions and institutions and social participation. At the same time, these collaborations need to be coordinated with a holistic approach and an inclusive approach and brought together with schools and students. These school-community cooperation approaches are also the beginning of school social service in the world. Today, in the countries where the school social service is implemented, it is called "schoollinked services" and is regarded as one of the services provided in the social services of the schools. In recent years, "school-linked services" that are beginning to be seen through examples of social projects in our country are important in terms of showing the need for school social services. For this reason, it is aimed to introduce "school-linked services" in this article and make suggestions for its implementation in our country.
