Summary/Abstract: Design can be described as the description of compliance. The design elements are items that form visual fiction, and the design principles are the aesthetic basis of these parts. Design elements are dot, line, color, shape, direction, size, spacing and texture. Design principles consist of rhythm, balance, emphasis, continuity, proportion and visual hierarchy, contrast, and integrity. Based on the information available in the light of this information, we understand that the Turkish miniature has been examined in four most frequently encountered situations, in contrast to different styles and trends. We can capture many common features of these trends of miniature art, which divide things into stories, landscapes, portraits and scientific subjects. In this research, design principles and texts in miniature art have been studied.
