Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is investigate university students’ attitudes towards information and communication technology in terms of some variations. The sample of this quantitative research using descriptive scanning, was constituted by 357 undegraduate students who study at Kahramanmaraş in 2016-2017 education year and they were selected by random sampling. In the study, Personal İnformation Form and İnformation And Communication Atitude Scale which was developed by Gunbatar (2014) was used to describe attitudes of university students towards information and communication technology. The validity and reliability studies of the scale used in research were re-examined and confirmatory factor analysis was performed with the help of the M-plus program. In addition, the Cronbach Alpha, internal consistency co-efficient and item test correlation values were calculated. The obtained data were analysed with the help of the SPSS 21 packet program.
