Summary/Abstract: In general, social democracy aimed at realization of certain ideologies, as though it is seen as managerial tools collected by rules as a whole. Where as democracy; changing and evolving over time, a dynamic social structure that manages/managed element of harmony and balance in the context of the relationship itself. As it stands in this change from economic development, socio-cultural life from political to legal innovation in the field of differentiation of the ground in many areas, the concept of democracy, while it contains equality, freedom, the existence of pluralist, diverse/structure and a lot more relevant with regard to the establishment of social peace and it is also evaluated as compulsory.This study analyzes the basic dynamics of the content and the accepted liberal and negotiating democracy perceptions in modern society by evaluating them in the context of the founders of liberal understanding theorists such as John Rawls and Jürgen Habermas in the context of the founder of the negotiating democracy in order to reveal the richness and complementary aspects of the democratic process purposes only. These two types of democracy model will be made for comparison in the name of completion or better understanding in the name of day-to-day reflections.
