Summary/Abstract: Advıce texts are taken from the work of Kashgarli Mahmut, Divanü lûgat-it Türk, which is a product of Karahanlı literature. Advice, messages about the depth of the Turkish people’s philosophy with memories of the lifestyle of the time they were written. The advice was to give the reason, to show the truth, to be in positive or negative jurisdictions about social reality, to give warning and prohibition in the face of non-moral situations. In the time of the Karahanis (840-1212), Islamic culture and Islam began to settle and spread to Central Asia through Arab and Iranian culture, Islamic culture undoubtedly influenced Turkish literature; but the Turks, despite the foreign culture, have continued their traditions.The most obvious common features of this period, which is evaluated as a “Transitional Period” in Turkish literature, are clearly seen in the texts of admonition. Formal and essentially old and new styles are performed side by side. The writing of some of the poems as “verse” from the Iranian poem as poetry unit, the writing of “quatrain” which is the property of some of the poetry poetry; the use of a measure of aruz as a measure, but the preference of patterns that match the syllable in Turkish folk poetry is always the result of this cultural interaction. In texts, poetic harmony is provided by meter, rhyme, redif, alliteration, and reasons which constitute the main elements of style. The names, adjectives and verbs are the most commonly used words as stylistic determinants in the text where each word is spoken. Sentences, structurally, Turkey was seen as having a similar diversity that in Turkish. This article is devoted to expressing the qualities that the advice has as a narrative style, the depth of thought and the characteristics that the Turkish language carries in the context of sound, form, word type and sentence structure.
