Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of marital self efficacy in the relationship between the positive interpersonal style and marital satisfaction among married people. Participants were formed by 175 female and 131 male, a total of 306 married people living in Malatya. Interpersonal Relationships Scale, Marital Self-efficacy Scale and Marital Life Scale were used in this study. Collected data were analyzed by regression techniques. The findings demonstrated that positive interpersonal relationship style predicted marital satisfaction and marital self efficacy, besides, in the relation between positive interpersonal relationship style and marital satisfaction, marital self efficacy acted as a partial mediation.
