Summary/Abstract: This article is about the types of lexical correspondence between the terms Russian and polish customs law on the example phytosanitary terminology according to Werner Koller criterion. The attention was focused on the analysis of the original text and the translation into Polish, which allowed to define relations of equivalence between Russian and Polish customs law terms.
