The authors prove the most important criticalsuccess factors relating to human resources management. The results based on comparison of successfactors and risk factors allow to estimate possible transformation of the “soft” critical success factorsof ERP-projects into the risk factors within the diagnostic assessment of the company’s readiness toimplement an ERP project.
