Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the place of the Armenian question in international policy, Armenians’ genocide claims against Turkey, the clash of Western and Turkish civilizations and those reasons coming from the old times up to day. It is possible also to come to such conclusion that, the Armenian question is the result and continuation of this clash. The author characterized the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict not only as a part of the clash of Western and Turkish civilizations, but also as a part of the clash of geopolitical interests.
