Beginning and development of catholic church discourse in Russia at the end of 20th centuryand the beginning of 21st century

Summary/Abstract: The article gives some information on the historical development of the Roman Catholic Church in Russia. The fact that catholic religion is by no means fully “alien” to the Russian culture is also underlined. The additional prominence is given to the description of the modern religious situation and especially to the peculiarities of the language the Roman Catholic Church in Russia uses in its official and liturgical spheres.
