Summary/Abstract: Being a powerful tool for the development and stable functioning of agricultural organizations, knowledge management turns increasingly popular in practical activity ofagribusiness. However, in the Russian agricultural organizations, the implementation methodologyfor the knowledge management concept is one borrowed from the Western models and so it does nottake into account the economic particularities of Russia. With regard to this, it can be seen that sofar the Russian agricultural organizations have adapted techniques, tools and principles offulfillment of this concept insufficiently, which does not promote ensuring their economic security.Due to this, the authors' system of knowledge management has been developed and describedfocusing on kaizen philosophy.
