Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study is to diagnose the regional labour market from the position of economic security indicators. The work was carried out using such methods as acombination of historical and logical unity, analysis and synthesis, an indicative method ofevaluation. Results. Factors affecting the state of the labour market are analyzed. The state ofunemployment is estimated. An indicative analysis of labour market indicators was conducted.Conclusions. It is established that the situation developing on the labour market requires thedevelopment of a set of measures aimed at supporting employment of the population and reducingsocial tension.
