Summary/Abstract: The Natural Novel by Georgi Gospodinov was defined by literary critics as a pivotal work of art of post-socialist era, accepted as a logical conclusion in developing the most dynamic decade and as a typical „child“ of the post-modern discourse. In the best sense, it is a type of experimental novel, which on the whole highlights the alternatives of its own arise. This study offers a detailed look at the system of intertextuality as a productive method of creating an artistic expression. The reality is registered in a fragmentary way as it is the only one which still corresponds to the pulsation of the modern world. It is analyzed as a concept of reflexive language, a tendency of emptying - an immediate negation of an utterance but, at the same time, it is a new beginning, the birth of a language, which can name everything around.
