Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of organizational trust and organizational commitment dimensions on intention to quit of employment. Organizational trust and organizational trust approaches, organizational commitment and organizational commitment dimensions and intention to quit of employment have been theoretically examined. The questionnaire study was conducted on 461 wage earners, service procurement personnel and civil servant working in a training research hospital in Ankara in 2015. Considering the correlation analysis, a positive relationship between intention to quit of employment, cognitive trust and emotional commitment has been determined. In the regression analysis made for all participants, it has been found that normative commitment, cognitive trust and staff status are effective on intention to quit of employment negatively.
