Summary/Abstract: Extralinguistic factors of colloquial speech, foremostrashness, spontaneous character of flowing, verbalness, unofficialness, the dialogicity communications, its constructivity, predetermine two opposite tendencies in the process of her functioning. The unfolded character of plan idea of maintenance, conditioned by the cognitive capabilities of modern human, enters into contradiction with the tendency of speech cost effectiveness talking plan of expression. The conducted analysis testifies, however, that formed on the base of it the semantic compression of grammatical constructions not at all corrects the intension of talking. The remaining after borders verbalization components of grammatical constructions are represented to listening in the process of flowing of speech.The article is based on the analysis of Russian colloquial speech of Belarussian intelligentsia of Mogilev city. It is educed during an analysis that in the process of spontaneous communication of semantic compression numerous grammatical codificated literary language constructs appear liable. Nascent certain syncretism of semantics shows up in colloquial speech as original constructions.
