Summary/Abstract: Objective of study is to search the effect of the Full-Time Law No.5947 dated 21.01.2010 on the amounts of the supplementary payment and the amounts of total cost of the Ministry of Health Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital, for the years between 2009-2015. In this study, the amounts of the supplementary payment and amounts of total cost of the said hospital, pertaining to 2009-2015, have been adjusted by the domestic producer price index of 2015 and a trend analysis has been made through the selection of the base year of 2009. Additionally in this study, the performance based supplementary payment system (PBSPS) has been discussed. In the result of the study has been showed that the amounts of the supplementary payment have increased since 2013, in reference to the base year of 2009 and that the total costs have continuingly decreased in all years when compared to the base year.
