Summary/Abstract: There is still an existing question to this day, whether the democratic politics could function better within an one station state or a multiethnic state. I`m researching John Stuart Mill and Lord Acton’s formulated thoughts about the matter. They noticed this issue at an early state, and they came up with different ideas to overcome the issue.
