Summary/Abstract: Change in art is continuous and eternal like in humankind. Even if this attitude shows difference in period, it defines the culture of living session. Artistic works update themselves interact with objects with living difference in different periods and by means of creative intelligence. Although generated work does not hold the same feature with previous work, art works can refer to each other and interact with person, event, time or place. Humankind have a big and continuous change. The change of artistic Works which they are off artist’s hands, are clearer than previous period. The artist tries to use waste metal material with the help of technology. For example; as well as the artist who is showed a leading role in cultural transfer duty, industry and technology undertake important role. The artist Rüçhan Keçeci, who define the art is a culture carrier, has expressed art works, which is formed waste metal, undertaking the culture transfer duty. The works of Keçeci gather the past and the future and they struggle for update to culture which legislate in viewer memory. This search is a qualitative search whish formed sculpture with waste metal material, the factors which effect the artist in choice subject and the exhibition shops whish designate, the sculpture of the artist by Rüçhan Keçeci who is a sculpture artist. The data's have attained from the artist’s answers to open-ended semi-structured questions and have interpreted with descriptive analysis by the researcher. The result of the research, it is identified which is referring the personal opinions of the researcher Rüçhan Keçeci in a artistic frame, is reflecting the works of a philosophy of life and is masking with humanist attitude in his figure. Also, art works of the artist try to tell us Turkish traditions and the life of Turkish people. The works of artist tell us criticism about the life.
