Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this study is to find out business ethics attitudes of bankers and analyze potential differences about demographic qualifications. In order to obtain the results, questionnaire was formed by demographic questions and ATBEQ scale questions. Questionnaires were answered by the bankers, totally two hundred seventy, from public, private and participation banks. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, test of normality, and variance analysis were used. According to the results, it was found out that, business ethics consciousness varies by gender. Women maintain attitudes about being rule-based, sincere to working conditions, and legal more than men when compared. Nonsense of ethical values, business ethics consciousness, and preference of personal values more than organizational values differs according to age factor. There is no significant variation between the subgroups of education and income level. Finally, the opinion of bankers behave ethically as long as they obey the rules, differs according to experience factor.
