Summary/Abstract: In today’s world, it’s possible to say that the changes and developments in technology and information market generates an uncertainty for business that is one of the most important actor of the business world. Uncertainty urges business to withstand some risks and also to make innovation and change as a part of management approach, it vigorously points out the necessity of continuous and permanent innovation and change efforts subject to the mentioned topic. The way of reducing the current uncertainty for the business substantially depends on increasing the amount and number of different products and services which would be developed in R&D activities. With doing so, businesses will take the competition superiority of the market and strengthen their market situation. This study aims to emphasize the importance of R&D activities for businesses through the phenomenon of innovation and prepared to unveil their problems in financing these activities.
