In this approach, variables explaining firm’s market value per share are book value per share and earnings per share. 2005-2011 period has been determined as the study period. Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE)-Financial Sector firms’ financial statements at the end of December have been used as explanatory variables while the price data at the end of April have been used as response variable.
