Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and perceptions of mobbing levels of city and resort hotel businesses' employees. Survey Technique was used as a method of data collection and it was applied on a total of 426 employees in five-star hotels in Antalya and Istanbul. For the analysis of data and for independent samples; T test, variance (ANOVA), correlation analyzes and z tests were used. According to the research results; mobbing perceptions of resort city hotels' employees were higher than city hotels' employees, on the other hand organizational commitment levels of city hotels' employees were higher than resort hotels' employees. As a result of correlation analysis; a negative relationship between mobbing and organizational commitment was identified. On the other hand, correlation coefficients were found relatively higher in city hotels and according to z test, which tests the significance of the difference between the two correlation, a significant difference between organizational commitment and mobbing were not found in terms of city and hotel businesses.
