Summary/Abstract: Aim: The purpose of the study is to analyze and summarize 52 doctorate/master theses that were conducted from 2013 to 2017 and, with the scope of the findings, to make suggestions through underlining the topic. Method: Initially, general assessment is conducted and the topic is scrutinized within the context of the study. Finally, theses are analyzed and common ground is found.Findings: Release dates, academicals departments, institutes, supervisors, geographical regions, universities, types of the theses are presented via Microsoft Excel Charts. Compatibility analyses are conducted in the course of getting findings. Result: It’s found that very few theses were conducted about the topic and analyzed theses mainly concentrate on business literature. There must be given sufficient attention so as to understand diversity management. Making more studies about the topic could be useful for guiding researchers and being a sustainable organization.
