Summary/Abstract: The conclusion that could be made regarding the institutional framework of the Euro integration process of the tenth analyzed states – applicants of the EU are the follows: 1. In all states – applicants it is noticed complete dedication environment of the system and good organization of the institution, as far as the aspects of the realization of the internal aims are concern, as well as those of external integration, with special emphasize of the objectives as a primary tasks of all subjects involved into those processes; 2. Good coordination between institutions (the Parliament and the Government) in relation of fulfillment the taken obligations contained into the Agreement of stabilization and association with EU, as well as good cooperation and coordination between the Mission of the states in Brussels and home institutions. 3. It could be noticed high organized structure of the departments, committees, offices, sectors, working bodies and other organizational forms adopted toward the needs of the state into the integration process. 4. It could be noticed the existence of high – leveled hierarchical organization system of responsibility and accountability for all activities and obligations. 5. Activities of all bodies involved in the integration process are taken transparently with clearly defined priorities and with concrete defined deadlines for their realization. 6. There is an active participation of academic and business structures in the direction of creating National strategies of the states and establishing environment for realization of the aims prescribed in the national strategies.
