Summary/Abstract: The present article is aimed at acquainting its readers with the land lease agreement. The work contains a comparison between the land lease agreement and the rental agreement. The text examines Interpretative Decision No. 2/2015 of the Supreme Court of Cassation, as well as a number of other judicial acts of the Supreme Courts.
