Summary/Abstract: The present article covers the relationship between blackmail and/or extortion and other crimes which mayresemble with them from certain legal aspects.Being a free-form offence that can be committed by a wide range of actions, the blackmail and/or extortion may lead tovarious situations that would benefit from the clear distinction between them and other offences.Some of the following analyzes are derived from the studies performed in the legal literature, others appearedin the criminal law jurisprudence, while others are an exercise of imagination, critical thinking and legal reasoning.
