Application of the Theory of Queues in Logistics

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the work is the presentation of the application of the theoryof queues in logistics. Used for example to allow for an assessment of the controlsystem. The subject of research is the phenomenon in which there are problemswith mass support for customers. The issue is linked to the application of the elementsof the theory of mass service in order to improve the logistic processes. Inaddition, the work efficiency was examined using the curves experience, to evaluatethe progress of the devices after improving their operation.
