Applying the principles of ergonomics in teleworking an overview of solutions

Summary/Abstract: In this study, an attempt was made to reflect on the ergonomic aspect of shaping and managing remote work systems in the Polish economy based on available source and literature data. After a brief introduction in the first part of the article, the scope and characteristics of remote work were discussed. Then, the ranges of management of remote work systems were defined. The third part deals with the ergonomic aspect of remote work. The entire study closes a brief summary.
