Summary/Abstract: Sanitary and epidemiological stations collect fees from controlled entities within the jurisdiction of individual authorities of the State Sanitary Inspection. They can also raise funds from the sale of commissioned services. Funds from services provided by stations constitute state budget revenues. There are no obstacles to inclusion in the scope of these services of comparative tests performed for other VSES un­der cooperation agreements, in order to jointly implement the necessary research, provid­ed that the execution of these tests can be considered as “sale of commissioned services”.
