Summary/Abstract: Physical training is an important foundation of the training process. Most experts believe that physical training has two subcomponents: general physical preparation and specific physical preparation, respectively. One of the main attributes of general and specific physical preparation is the differentiated and individualized character. The typology of physical preparation results from the way it is linked and interrelates different training sequences in the overall training process. In physical preparation, the motor performance plays an important role, numerous attempts aimed at achieving a theoretical model (general or specific) of motor performance. This article aims to explain the importance of physical training.
