Woman in labour market – object of discrimination or undiscovered potential?

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the phenomenon of professional discrimination of women. Thanks to the use of the literature review method, the theoretical aspect of the issue was discussed and the presentation of possible measures and ways to combat this pathology in the face of the still small potential of women on the labour market. The aim of this study is to show that women have this potential, which is still very little used by organizations. Numerous programs and projects implemented in the framework of combating discrimination are still not sufficient, and the phenomenon of professional gender inequality affects many women.
