Areas of future changes in enterprises in perception of employees

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the problem of change and respondents anticipated areas of changes in the company. The publication was based on the selected literature of the subject and the results of our own research. Statistical analysis was done through calculations performer in Excel and in the Statistica program. The statistical method used in the publication is a one-dimensional analysis that includes a description of the basic research results.
