Summary/Abstract: Ensuring a normal civic climate, of public order and safety, is a permanent priority for the society, who, through its specialized structures, seeks to identify the most effective forms and methods of achieving this goal. Patterns of organizing authorities responsible for public order led to different approaches in terms of their competence, based on country-specific realities. Depending on the situation and the resources allocated, public order and safety strategy sets out the structure, missions, forces of public order and safety components, logistics, as well as ways of management and cooperation of these forces. The police must actually be an institution to perform duties according to laws which itself is a subject of.
