Summary/Abstract: The reviewed book consists of three parts. The first part is in a sense an introduction to the other parts, as it comprises two studies presenting the most important drafts and constitutional amendment proposals presented between 1997 and 2015. The second part includes three texts discussing the problems of the system of governance in the constitutional drafts and proposals of the last two decades. The last part comprises four articles of various subject matter, focusing on the issue of the relation between the constitution’s stability and the need to amend it. I highly value the reviewed book and recommend it to all participants of the intense recent discussions and arguments over the need to amend the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.
