Summary/Abstract: The value “metamorphosis” of law presents the change from the pure law positivism, expressed in the pure form of law, into the axiological view of the law as the science, as well as a social phenomenon “happening on the daily basis”. Value “metamorphosis” of law presents the axiological recognition of the reality and the values which are gathered in the legal norm which “has been passing” through the centuries of the legal positivism.
