Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is analysis of legal regulation and practice of agricultural tourism in Russia and Poland. The emergence of agricultural tourism is another confirmation of the multifunctionality of agrarian activity, not an exhaustive grow crop production or livestock. The purpose of this article is to identify barriers to the development of agricultural tourism in Russia, and to make recommendations to overcome the current crisis based on the Polish experience. The result of this research is the definition of agricultural tourism, the analysis of its content.
