Summary/Abstract: A thorough reform of the Code of Criminal Procedure introduced by the Act from September 27th 2013 (Dz. U. 2013, item 1247, as amended) as amended by the Act from February 20th 2015 (Dz. U. 2015, item 396) included also the provisions concerning the rules of prohibition of evidence, introducing to the Code of Criminal Procedure the institution stated in art. 168a, referred to as evidence obtained in violation of the law. The article is aimed at comprehensive interpretation and discussion of practical issues related to art 168a of Code of Criminal Procedure.
