Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research was to examine the relationships between organizational justice of teachers’ and school principals' ability for diversity management. The research conducted with the study group was described in the relational survey method. 211 teachers who voluntarily participated are in the study group in this research. The "Organizational Justice Scale" and "Diversity Management Scale" were used as data collection tools in the research. In the analysis process, descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were performed. Findings showed that teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and school principals' diversity management ability were found to be relatively moderate. It is also found that there was a positive, medium and high level of significant relationships between organizational justice and diversity management. Finally, the dimension of managerial practices and policies has a predictive impact on organizational justice.
