Summary/Abstract: The article looks at the selected patterns of the inequality in the Polish labour market. The special attention is given to the gender issues (gender pay gap) and the types of employment (full-time, part-time, temporary agency workers etc.). The author discusses causes and implications of labour market inequalities stemming from these factors, as well as gives some recommendations to overcome them.
