Summary/Abstract: The reflections of Koranic rules in the Prophet’s sunna and Muslims’ conventions have been tried to track by considering the Koranic rules related with divorcement of spouses in the present study. While the terms related with divorce such as ‘talak’, ‘convention’ and ‘precedents’ are examined in semantic method, their conceptual changes through sunna, convention and precedents have been tried to be reexplained via process analysis. Apparent space of the dogmas have been tried to be determined by comparing rumors with verses of the Koran, and by these discussions the harmony of interpretations with evidences and targets referred by evidences has been tried to be tested. The conversions in concepts and viewpoints paralleled with positive and negative roles the traditional conventions and precedents play against dogmas have been tried to track. The probability of Islamic Law perception based on moral and sociological values has been sought by considering the data presented by real and ideal proposals of dogmas together with convention and precedents
