SUPPORT OF KOSGEB, SUPPORTS USING THE EVALUATION OF BUSINESS AND THE CITY OF APPLICATION BİNGÖL

Summary/Abstract: In this work, it was aimed to create a support map for public support, which would be a reference source for SMEs, to raise awareness of what public supportis and to develop proposals to increase public support. In the research conducted, a survey was conducted on 47 samples from the SME-type enterprises operating in Bingöl as the research group. According to the characteristics of the enterprises, the relations between public support and KOSGEB support utilization, application cases and the general steps of the process have been determined. In this field study the problems encountered by the enterprises established under the KOSGEB New Entrepreneurship Support were examined and it was stated that most of the entrepreneurs who participated in the survey had difficulty in understanding the legislation and the bureaucratic process was a big problem and caused the loss of time. Based on the results of the study; It is an inevitable necessity to establish long-term, rational and efficient policies for SMEs’ current problems, especially their financial problems. In order to ensure transparency, to develop technological infrastructure, to reduce the burden of taxes and bureaucracy, it has become necessary for the state and private institutions to work in cooperation.
