Territorial Diversification of Economic Development of Counties in 2002–2014

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to rank the counties in respect of economic development. The classificationwas based on taxonomic indicators of economic development. In addition, the authors alsodescribed spatial differentiation of basic macroeconomic variables in counties. The differentiationhas been based on such macroeconomics variables as: registered unemployment rate, wages, soldproduct industry per capita, investments per capita, gross value of fixed assets per capita. Theperiod of analyses is covering years 2002–2014, and the final statistics taken from the Local DataBank of the Central Statistical Office
