Summary/Abstract: The article takes notice of the absence of a systematized approach to legislative support in the innovative and investment sectors of the economy. Systematization of the corresponding legal basis, the quality, and detailing concerned with application of certain legal means in a regulatory mechanism of legislative institutions on investments and innovations have led to a higher level of economic development. Thus, the author highlights a matter regarding conceptual approaches to amendment and modernization of the corresponding legislative institutions and ascertainment of necessary methods for fostering respective legislative processes.
